Overview

We are seeking a Contract Lawyer to join our team remotely, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents while ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

• Masters Degree in Law from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an international environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Business, Contract, IP, Tax, and Corporate Law.
• Proficient in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced command of legal English and Ukrainian.
