Commercial Contract Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking Commercial Contract Lawyers to work full-time on a remote or hybrid basis with our clients at some of the world’s largest retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

In Short

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Advise on and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
• Identify and evaluate legal and business risks.
• Active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Experience creating contract templates is a plus.
• Work remotely with some on-site presence required.
• Compensation starting at $120,000.
