Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking commercial contracts lawyers to work full-time on a remote basis with our clients at some of the world’s largest retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise on terms and conditions with external vendors.
• Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with contracts.
• Work independently full-time and remotely.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
• Prior experience at an Am Law 200 firm is a plus.
• Experience in telecoms or education industry is a plus.
• Active membership in good standing in your state.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in-house.
• Prior experience at an Am Law 200 corporate law firm is a plus.
• Experience creating contract templates and managing contract databases is also a plus.
• The ability to work independently full-time and remotely during business hours.
• Active membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
• Experience in the telecoms and/or education industry is a plus (not required).
