Overview

We are seeking commercial contracts lawyers to work remotely with our clients at some of the world’s largest energy, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise on terms and conditions with external vendors.
• Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with contracts.
• Minimum of 2 years in-house experience required.
• Experience at an Am Law 200 firm is a plus.
• Ability to work independently full-time.
• Active membership in good standing in your state.
• Experience in telecoms or education is a plus.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality legal services.
