Junior Commercial Contracts Lawyer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking junior commercial contracts lawyers to work full-time on a remote basis, with our clients at some of the world’s largest retail, technology, consumer goods, and professional services companies.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Advise on terms and conditions with external vendors.
• Identify and evaluate legal risks associated with contracts.
• Work independently on a remote basis.
• Minimum of 1 year in-house experience required.
• Experience in telecoms or education industry is a plus.
• Active membership in good standing in your state.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of in-house experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience creating contract templates and managing contract databases is also a plus.
• The ability to work independently on a remote basis and full-time during business hours.
• Active membership in good standing in the state in which you currently reside.
• Experience in the telecoms and/or education industry is a plus (not required).
