• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution.
• Three to eight years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Familiarity with service agreements, IP licensing agreements, and NDAs.
• Experience in the technology or consumer goods sectors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in contract roles with leading organizations.
