Contract Lawyer (IT Law) F-H - Remote

Overview

As part of the Internal Legal Department, you will support the operational teams of Rydge Conseil and its subsidiaries on all legal matters, particularly related to contract law.

In Short

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with service providers and suppliers.
• Analyze new service projects with an IT component.
• Ensure compliance of existing contracts with applicable regulations.
• Support the Purchasing Department and IT Department in legal matters.
• Assist operational teams with contractual legal requests.
• Update standard models and documents.
• Support internal process development with stakeholders.
• Provide assistance in pre-litigation and litigation matters.
• Establish necessary reporting for activity tracking.
• Maintain legal watch for updates.

Requirements

• Master's degree in business law, IT law, or related fields.
• At least 4 years of experience in contract law with an IT specialty.
• Additional training in business school is a plus.
• Experience in a law firm or abroad is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills and service-oriented mindset.
• Teamwork and responsiveness are essential.
• Interest in other legal areas such as litigation management.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
