In Short

• Join the Contracts team within Forvis Mazars' Technical Functions.
• Analyze, draft, propose, and negotiate various contracts in French and English.
• Assist operational teams with public/private tender responses on legal matters.
• Provide legal advice on contract interpretation and implementation.
• Monitor contracts and liaise with the Risks department during pre-litigation and litigation.
• Participate in team projects, including contract templates and updates.
• Develop skills in Contract Law across various sectors.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams and engage in high-level negotiations.
• Stay updated on legal developments.
• Contribute to a supportive and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Holder of CAPA or a Master's degree in Contract Law or Business Law.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong understanding of business issues and associated risks.
• Excellent writing skills and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and lead high-level discussions.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
