In Short

• Join the Contracts team within Forvis Mazars' Technical Functions.
• Assist operational teams in contract negotiation and execution.
• Analyze, draft, and negotiate various contracts in French and English.
• Provide legal advice on contract interpretation and implementation.
• Supervise contract follow-ups and liaise with the Risks department.
• Train and mentor a team of 2 people.
• Lead projects to develop contract templates and standard letters.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards in contract management.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.
• Engage in high-level negotiations with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Holder of CAPA or a Master's degree in Contract Law or Business Law.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm or legal department.
• Strong understanding of business risks and legal implications.
• Excellent writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage discussions effectively.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Curiosity and responsiveness in legal matters.
