In Short

• Provide on-site and off-site Forescout professional services to customers.
• Identify and prioritize issues on behalf of the customer.
• Assist customer business units with Forescout implementation plans.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with written summaries.
• Contribute to best practices and training material development.
• Collaborate with various teams regarding deployment techniques.
• Identify new customer service opportunities.
• Stay updated on product capabilities and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of technical professional services experience.
• Experience in managing production network and security systems.
• Security certification such as CISSP, SSCP or GIAC preferred.
• Experience in IT security, network, and/or IoT.
• Strong experience in network troubleshooting and configuration.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and enterprise network protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Forescout solutions.
