Forbes Advisor is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle and partnering with the business to understand talent needs.

• Manage communication and updates between hiring managers and candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on job descriptions and market outlook.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation.
• Ensure a high-touch experience for candidates throughout the process.
• Own candidate engagement from offer acceptance to joining.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of in-house recruitment or executive search experience.
• Self-starter, team player with curiosity and agility to learn.
• Innovative approach to recruitment methods.
