The CRM Associate is a hands-on contributor responsible for building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns, focusing on user experience and monetization.

In Short

• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using HTML and JSON.
• Manage end-to-end QA processes for campaigns.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across devices.
• Design and execute A/B tests to optimize performance.
• Track and report campaign performance using dashboards.
• Manage audience segments based on various data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Utilize CRM tools like Iterable and Google Analytics.
• Maintain high standards for QA and campaign polish.
• Support campaign performance insights in stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of HTML and JSON.
• Experience with CRM campaign tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically curious and eager to learn.
• Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Ability to manage audience segments effectively.
• Familiarity with email accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with scripting languages is a plus.
• Exposure to API documentation or basic SQL is a bonus.
