Overview

We are seeking a CRM (Customer Relationship Marketing) Associate to execute and optimize email campaigns while driving customer engagement and retention.

• 100% Remote position.
• Work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM Eastern Time.
• Execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Manage email campaign calendar and testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with brand and creative teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Analyze and report on campaign KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies.
• Partner with Growth and Product teams for experiments.

Requirements

• Experience in CRM and email marketing.
