We are launching a new AI-driven project and are looking for a CTO Associate to lead the technical vision and development from the ground up.

Requirements

7+ years in software development with leadership experience.
Strong skills in fullstack development with React, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML models and automation tools is a plus.
Ability to build and inspire a technical team.
Strong communication skills to align with business strategy.
