Foodsmart is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the technical product vision and development of our AI-powered Decision Engine, which personalizes care journeys in the healthcare sector.

In Short

Lead the design and evolution of the AI-driven Decision Engine.
Collaborate with engineering and data science to build hybrid decision systems.
Implement modular workflows and decision logic frameworks.
Ensure decision logic aligns with clinical protocols and standards.
Expand the engine’s capabilities to include behavior nudges and contextual recommendations.
Translate strategic priorities into actionable product designs.
Define and track key performance metrics.
Oversee end-to-end system integrity and testing frameworks.
Support integration of new models and workflows.
Enhance the adaptability and personalization of Foodsmart’s care platform.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience in complex platform systems.
Proven success with AI-powered decision systems.
Experience with rules frameworks and workflow engines.
Strong technical fluency with engineers and data scientists.
Ability to translate clinical requirements into product structures.
Familiarity with clinical decision support and value-based care.
Excellent communication and systems thinking skills.
