Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for equipping our sales organization with the knowledge, tools, content, and training needed to improve sales productivity and effectiveness. The Sales Enablement Manager will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure our sales teams have the necessary resources to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding program for new sales hires.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create and maintain sales collateral.
  • Work with Global and Revenue Operations to refine the sales process.
  • Train sales teams on effective use of CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Track and analyze sales productivity metrics for improvement.
  • Serve as the bridge between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Design and facilitate ongoing sales training programs and workshops.
  • Provide coaching on sales techniques and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and coaching experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple initiatives.
