Senior HR Generalist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

The Senior HR Generalist will step in to support FloQast’s growth during a maternity leave, driving key HR processes for our Research & Development (R&D) teams. You’ll take charge of the performance review cycle for R&D groups, handle employee relations, and be the go-to for managers’ daily questions—ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

• Run the end-to-end performance management process for R&D teams.
• Manage employee relations and handle R&D employee issues.
• Act as the first point of contact for R&D managers.
• Manage leave of absence processes for R&D employees.
• Track employee relations issues and flag patterns to HR and R&D leaders.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws.
• Tackle ad-hoc HR tasks or projects as they arise.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in HR, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Proven skills with HRIS and fluency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite.
• BS/BA in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid grasp of U.S. employment laws.
• Sharp analytical skills to spot issues and propose fixes.
• Clear, direct verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, collaborative attitude.
• Strong ability to juggle tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
• High ethical standards and a sense of ownership.
