Financial Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The Financial Analyst II/Senior Financial Analyst I will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and operating reports and preparing forecasts and analysis to identify trends and issues. This role will interact with key stakeholders to present timely and accurate reports and dashboards and work to streamline procedures, improve efficiencies and resolve issues.

In Short

• Develop, maintain, and enhance current reporting financial metrics for the company’s financial statements.
• Create, maintain, and automate team-wide financial reporting of P&L views.
• Coordinate finance-wide forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Partner closely with business leaders to drive operational excellence.
• Develop dashboard automation of financial processes.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Refine existing forecasting processes to drive accuracy.
• Develop analytics and ad hoc reporting for spend efficiency insights.
• Utilize data for annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Support management with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of Finance and Accounting experience.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Exposure to AI tools and automation solutions.
• Experience with ERP & Financial Planning systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for coordination.
• Naturally curious with a collaborative approach.
