In Short

• Support the CBFO Budget Director and Analysts with budget execution activities.
• Prepare, issue, and review budget execution reports and forms.
• Research, compile, and analyze information for reports.
• Review travel requests for budget availability and compliance.
• Track all travel authorizations and vouchers.
• Prepare purchase requisitions as requested.
• Work closely with budget analysts on daily business matters.
• Attend trainings for budget software platforms.
• Other duties as requested.
• This position can be worked remotely with minimal travel.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis and budget execution.
• Strong analytical and data compilation skills.
• Familiarity with budget software platforms.
• Ability to track and review financial documents.
• Excellent communication skills.
