Overview

Parkland County has an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Financial Analyst III position in the Finance department. Under the direction of the Senior Financial Analyst, this position is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of financial services including operating and capital budget preparation, long-term planning, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related discipline.
  • CPA designation.
  • Five years of experience in municipal/public accounting.
  • Strong technical skills for budgets and forecasts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel.
  • Valid class 5 driver's license.
