In Short

• Permanent, full-time position in the Technology & Digital Services department.
• Responsible for overseeing the design, development, and evolution of digital solutions architecture.
• Evaluate existing systems, conduct assessments, and recommend scalable and efficient solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of current systems to support governance and strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, such as AI and automation.
• Lead and manage assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Foster relationships with software vendors and partners.
• Ensure training and resources are available for staff.
• Enhance digital capabilities to drive business value.
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect is an asset.
• 5-7 years of system design and architecture experience.
• 5-7 years of cloud computing experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with software development.
• 2-4 years of experience with AI and machine learning.
• Possession of a valid class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
