Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing engineers.
• Proficiency in Go and Typescript for web services.
• Experience with API design and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services.
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Desire to grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with video streaming technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
