Software Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Software Engineering Manager in the ECS team, you'll be actively engaged in the planning, design, and development of important projects within our D2C organization. You will be a hands-on engineer who has expertise in building full-stack cloud-native enterprise applications, and is comfortable splitting their time with 50% going towards developing software, and 50% focused on leading an engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 8+ years software development experience.
• Experience in a people management role.
• Professional experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on experience in AWS with NodeJS and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in building web applications with Angular/React.
• Successful project delivery in a leadership role.
• Understanding of design and engineering practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with engineering innovations.
