• Manage and grow a team focused on autonomous systems for drones.

Requirements

• Experience leading small teams.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Rust.
• Experience with embedded Linux systems.
• Understanding of real-time systems and robotics middleware.
• Familiarity with GNC and path planning algorithms.
• Experience with autopilot software (PX4, ArduPilot).
• Comfort interfacing with hardware and low-level protocols.
• Systems thinking and ability to make trade-offs.
• Strong initiative and fast-paced work ethic.
• Low-ego communication style.
