• We are seeking a Director of Solution Engineering Programs & Innovation.
• Lead and scale critical functions for the Solution Engineering team.
• Oversee development and execution of key programs.
• Manage a team of SMEs, integration managers, and demo engineers.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive integration and interoperability initiatives.
• Define and execute strategy for demo environments.
• Develop and measure program success metrics.
• 8+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.

• Strong technical acumen and program management skills.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Understanding of solution architecture and integrations.
• Excellent program management and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
