Overview

FLEXTRADES is a rapidly growing national provider of production solutions, and we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to develop new business across the U.S.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting calls.
  • Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify multiple pipeline opportunities.
  • Partner with Client Solutions Managers for web-based discovery presentations.
  • Detail FlexTrades’ unique business model to prospective clients.
  • Answer questions regarding FlexTrades solutions and identify additional business opportunities.
  • Document prospective client information in Salesforce CRM.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified clients.
  • Develop new ways to obtain additional business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate openness to coaching and eagerness to learn.
  • Act as a FlexTrades Core Values champion.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years B2B sales experience required.
  • Proven sales skills, self-drive, and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to uncover prospective client needs.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
  • Limited travel required for quarterly sales meetings.
  • Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.
  • Staffing/Workforce Solutions experience.
