Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Infrastructure - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support Digital Health, a Shared Health service, in facilitating healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology (ICT). This role is crucial in driving operational service improvements across the provincial health sector by providing data-driven insights, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.

• Lead business analysis activities to develop operational service delivery models.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 5+ years of experience leading business analysts in transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience facilitating workshops with executive leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in change management within healthcare.
• Proven experience in developing business cases and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of healthcare service delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to drive organizational capability redesign.
• Certifications in PROSCI, ITIL, and Prince2 are required.
