Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking to expand Fleetio’s Sales Engineering org to strengthen our growing sales team. Based anywhere in the United States, you will be the product expert who offers our solutions to Enterprise clients in key global market areas.

In Short

• Provide day-to-day product expertise during the sales process.
• Prepare and present comprehensive platform demonstrations to large enterprises.
• Conduct deep technical discovery to connect our fleet management software to customer business pain.
• Detect technical and functional objections and find solutions.
• Serve as the market expert on products and industry trends.
• Own RFP/RFI’s and collaborate on the pilot process.
• Strategize with customer-facing functions to shape Fleetio’s Product Roadmap.
• Increase knowledge of solution architectures across the sales engineering community.
• Evangelize Fleetio solutions creatively.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a technical consulting or sales engineering role.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with aggregating technical discovery information.
• Ability to speak to technical architecture.
• Experience with complex business requirements and solution design.
• Strategic and analytical skills related to pipeline management.
• Ability to build client relationships easily.
• A builder with natural curiosity and a desire to solve problems.
