Flare is seeking a tech-savvy, client-focused Paralegal to enhance the client journey in family law cases, collaborating with attorneys and providing clear communication.

In Short

• Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys to ensure case progress.
• Communicate consistently with clients and co-counsels for updates and support.
• Draft basic legal documents.
• Update internal systems with real-time case statuses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advance client cases.

Requirements

• Certified Paralegal in California.
• Client-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into client-friendly language.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with legal tools and software.
• Strong team player with collaboration skills.
• Confident in drafting legal documents.
• At least 2 years of paralegal experience in Family Law preferred.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Organized and comfortable working independently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
