QA Specialist - Remote

Overview

As the QA Specialist, you’ll act as a quality control ambassador and the subject matter expert for Flagstone’s Operations processes, ensuring that all client applications and client files are completed to the highest standard and in line with regulatory requirements.

• Responsible for risk management and adherence to policies.
• Contribute to process efficiencies within the QA Team.
• Manage relationships across the Operations Team.
• Own and build the QA dashboard for effective reporting.
• Conduct QA on customer contact and workload.
• Coach and mentor the Operations Team.
• Deliver tailored training sessions based on QA findings.
• Contribute to OKRs and KPIs across the Operations QA Team.

Requirements

• ICA Qualification in AML/KYC or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in a Fintech/financial services environment.
• Advanced knowledge in AML/KYC and financial crime screening.
• Familiarity with regulatory audit processes.
• Experience with background screening tools.
