Overview

The IT Helpdesk Technical Specialist will provide seamless and efficient technical support to customers, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing IT support through automation and proactive improvements.

In Short

  • Deliver hands-on technical support for end-users.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems across various systems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop IT automation workflows.
  • Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
  • Work cross-functionally with IT teams to improve processes.
  • Work as part of a Night Shift team, including weekends.

Requirements

  • Experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS support.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or FreshDesk.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP and network troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of user provisioning and access security.
  • Experience with JAMF or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset for process improvement.
  • Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
