Senior Manager, Field Marketing - Enterprise - Remote

Overview

The Five9 North America Field Marketing team is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Marketing - Enterprise, responsible for leading the Enterprise field marketing strategies across the US and Canada segments. Serving as the bridge between Direct Sales, Channel Sales, and Marketing, this rockstar marketing leader must understand the Five9’s corporate initiatives and support via a regional plan to meet target account engagement, sales pipeline targets with creative use to promote Five9’s brand.

• Drive a customer-centric and acquisition-centric marketing approach.
• Coordinate marketing direction with input from sales and other stakeholders.
• Develop integrated marketing strategies leveraging events and digital channels.
• Leverage ABM tools to measure success and engagement.
• Manage program budgets and provide guidance to team members.
• Optimize lead volume and quality with the business development team.
• Track success criteria and performance metrics.
• Manage 3rd-party vendors and agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive key account engagement.
• Report to the VP of North America Field Marketing & Global CX.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field marketing/demand generation in B2B software.
• Experience with account-based marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver sales pipeline targets.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels and tactics.
• Expertise in Salesforce, 6Sense, and Marketo.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Permanent resident or US citizen with travel ability between the U.S. and Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Fluency in English and French preferred.
