Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Fiserv, you will provide advanced technical support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and contributing to the overall client experience.

  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • 1+ year of experience in documentation.
  • 1+ year of experience in client interaction and communication.
  • 2+ years of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Fluency in Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.
  • Knowledge of financial technology products is a plus.
  • Understanding of network troubleshooting is desirable.
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools is beneficial.
