Client Success Manager, Contractor - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Manager will engage with a portfolio of clients to ensure they get the best value from FiscalNote: Global Intelligence products and services, focusing on driving product adoption and client retention.

In Short

• Liaise and build relationships with key individuals within clients.
• Work closely with Account Managers on success plans for accounts.
• Ensure Gross Revenue Retention and Churn targets are met.
• Uncover growth opportunities for account expansion.
• Manage the implementation and onboarding process of new customers.
• Leverage CRM and CSM software to drive product adoption.
• Contribute to account management strategy with end user insights.
• Consult customers on best practices and share knowledge.
• Identify barriers to product adoption and provide guidance.
• Design and deploy strategies to engage with clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer success/support experience.
• Experience in consultative conversations.
• Success in engaging with clients at executive levels.
• Proactive, solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is highly desirable.
• Experience delivering product demonstrations or training.
• Superior presentation and numeracy skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ChurnZero or equivalent tools.
