In Short

  • Utilize skip tracing techniques and GPS asset tracking to locate and repossess vehicles.
  • Work closely with agents during the repossession process.
  • Keep detailed repossession notes on all accounts.
  • Analyze loan information to locate assets.
  • Utilize investigative software to gather information.
  • Upload and document relevant forms associated with recovery.
  • Contribute to Asset Management Department goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure smooth operations of the Asset Recovery Department.
  • Communicate effectively to promote efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication skills.
  • 1+ year of experience in a repossession-focused role.
  • Familiarity with late-stage collections or recovery experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and skip tracing platforms.
