Overview

The Professional Production Support Engineer at Fiserv will be responsible for the deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, automating, and maintenance of critical enterprise application platforms in production.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of SQL, DB2, and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Proficiency in Java and related technologies.
• Understanding of network protocols and services.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and tools.
• Ability to analyze load test results.
• Strong understanding of operating systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
