Overview

The DNA PS Implementation Consultant - Lending is a self-motivated individual who assists clients with training, workflow assessment, and implementation of DNA core solutions at Fiserv, a leader in Fintech and payments.

In Short

• Assist clients with training and implementation of DNA core solutions.
• Provide support and custom configuration of DNA platform solutions.
• Ensure smooth transition of DNA core functions for clients.
• Manage client inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.
• Test new features of the DNA product suite.
• Assist clients in redefining Loan Servicing processes.
• Document discussions and decisions with clients.
• Provide pre-conversion remote and on-site client assistance.
• Diagnose and recommend solutions to issues.
• Assist clients in writing business specifications for custom processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the banking and/or credit union industry.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office tools.
• Experience managing high volume client inquiries.
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience with DNA core processing system (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with SQL (preferred).
• Associate degree or higher (preferred).
• Experience in Consumer Loan Servicing or related fields (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Back Office Processing (preferred).
