The Customer Success Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for managing enterprise-level accounts, growing revenue through strategic account plans, and ensuring client satisfaction while maintaining service levels.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Looker and PowerBI
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
