Overview

The fino data services GmbH develops data-driven software solutions in the financial sector. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) to coordinate and actively support projects at the intersection of development, product, and business.

In Short

• End-to-end responsibility for software projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Management of technical and business requirements in close collaboration with Product and Development.
• Collaboration with development teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth project progress.
• Accountability for timelines, deliverables, and quality in coordination with the team.
• Active involvement in technical discussions and decisions without primarily developing.
• Direct communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Structured written communication with reduced meeting time.
• Work with distributed teams across various locations and time zones.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in technical project management or a similar role in software.
• Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and system architectures.
• Structured and self-responsible working style with a strong focus on implementation.
• Ability to clearly articulate requirements and translate between business and development.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
• Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Strong communication skills, pragmatism, and a good sense of priorities.
