Requirements

• Experience in B2B marketing – whether in a company or as a founder, your drive is crucial.
• You are a doer: try, learn, improve instead of theorizing for long.
• Social media, especially LinkedIn, is more than just “a few posts” for you – you know how to build reach and relevance and are aware of the latest trends.
• You love empathizing with customers, speaking their language, and crafting stories from that.
• AI and modern marketing tools are part of your daily toolkit.
• Your degree or CV doesn’t matter – what’s important is your hunger, responsibility, and drive.
