Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

As Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations of our Latvian subsidiary, directly managing processes around outsourcing, compliance, and operational improvements. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining smooth, efficient, and compliant business practices while laying the groundwork for scalable growth.

In Short

• Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, including risk mitigation, data processing, and customer service workflows.
• Design, implement, and continually optimize operational systems and processes to increase efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Directly oversee outsourced operations, regularly reviewing performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage third-party service provider relationships, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
• Work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to align operations strategy with company goals.
• Develop and maintain business continuity plans, proactively managing operational risks.

Requirements

• Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing operations in financial services, fintech, or tech industries.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to build and improve operational processes that are efficient and compliant.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Latvian and English.
• Data-Driven Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical mindset; familiarity with SQL or similar tools is a plus.
• Educational Background: Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
