Overview

The Sales Representative will work closely within the sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in the healthcare segment.

In Short

  • Field-based sales role in Indiana/Kansas/Missouri/Kentucky markets.
  • Requires daily face-to-face sales efforts.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a complex sales environment.
  • Experience with consultative, strategic selling approach.
  • Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of preferred sales experience in healthcare distribution.
  • Experience in a laboratory or research environment preferred.
  • Proven sales success and ability to meet quotas.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Familiarity with best-selling processes (e.g., SPIN, Challenger).
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Excellent team interaction skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
