Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

Finity, Inc., a leading provider in health intelligence and engagement solutions, seeks a full-time Staff Accountant to join our team. This role may be performed remotely from an in-home office located within the U.S., provided the candidate is willing to work during standard business hours matching our headquarters in the Pacific Standard Time zone.

In Short

• Maintain accurate financial records
• Support month-end close process
• Ensure financial data is reliable and audit-ready
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations
• Take ownership of core accounting functions
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting
• Mentor junior accounting staff
• Work remotely with a HIPAA-compliant setup

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in multi-state payroll processing
• Strong Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently
