Bilingual Customer Service/Call Center Representative - Remote

Overview

The Wellness Services Representative assists our members from our remote call center, providing excellent customer service for health and wellness programs.

In Short

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs.
• Summarize notes for each call accurately following quality assurance procedures.
• Provide consistently excellent customer service.
• Register members to wellness programs.
• Assist members with navigating wellness portals and ordering catalog items.
• Manage multiple software interfaces according to member needs.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance for call queue coverage.
• Follow HIPAA laws and protect members' PHI.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
• Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmarks.
• Familiarity with call center applications and Microsoft Office.
• Compliance with HIPAA laws and quality assurance regulations.
• Comfortable with high volumes of inbound calls.
• Professional and composed demeanor during calls.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• High-speed internet connection required.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
