Finity, Inc. is seeking a full-time, 100% remote, bilingual (English/Spanish) Wellness Services Representative to join our call center team, dedicated to improving health and well-being through various programs.

In Short

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs.
• Summarize notes for each call according to quality assurance procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Register members to wellness programs.
• Assist members with wellness portals and ordering catalog items.
• Manage multiple software interfaces for wellness programs.
• Maintain punctuality for call queue coverage.
• Follow HIPAA laws for member PHI protection.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center.
• Performance-driven and able to meet benchmarks.
• Ability to work with various software programs.
• Compliance with HIPAA laws and quality assurance regulations.
• Comfortable with high volume inbound calls.
• Professional demeanor during calls.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
• Quiet working space without background noise.
• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is required.
