Overview

Finity, Inc. is seeking a full-time, 100% remote, bilingual (English/Spanish) Wellness Services Representative to join our call center team, providing excellent customer service to participants of health and wellness programs.

In Short

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs.
  • Summarize notes for each call accurately.
  • Provide consistently excellent customer service.
  • Register members to wellness programs.
  • Assist members with navigating wellness portals.
  • Manage multiple software interfaces.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance.
  • Follow HIPAA laws and protect member PHI.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a call center.
  • Performance-driven with the ability to meet benchmarks.
  • Proficient in various software programs.
  • Compliance with HIPAA laws.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes.
  • Professional demeanor during calls.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish.
