• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong experience with recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse.
• Deep understanding of product and engineering functions.
• Familiarity with engineering and technical roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration skills.
