Overview

The Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in scaling Retired.com’s technology, corporate, and operations teams by attracting and hiring top technical and non-technical talent.

In Short

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings for technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Build a strong pipeline of talent to support future growth.
• Partner with HR leadership to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Track hiring metrics to enhance recruiting efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in fintech, SaaS, or startups.
• Strong understanding of technical skill sets and business support functions.
• Proven success in sourcing passive candidates.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with ATS like Lever, Greenhouse, or Rippling.
