To help us build a world-class workplace, we’re looking for a People Ops & Office Manager who will be the backbone of our internal operations. In this role, you’ll ensure every team member experiences a smooth, efficient, and supportive work environment.

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Drive operational improvements and maintain office operations.
• Support Finary’s growth by working closely with the VP Operations and People team.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient work environment for all team members.
• Handle sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality.
• Be detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in payroll and documentation.
• Thrive on execution and reliability, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Fluent in French and English, comfortable with various tools.
• Strong communication skills to build trust and facilitate smooth operations.
• Have a proactive attitude, suggesting improvements rather than just following instructions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR, admin, or finance ops roles.
• Experience in startups or scale-ups is preferred.
• Hands-on experience running office operations.
• Ability to switch between tasks seamlessly.
• A solution-oriented mindset and calm under pressure.
