The Finance Authority of Maine (FAME) is seeking a strategic Communications Specialist to join our Communications Team. The Communications Specialist will lead both internal and external communications efforts during a period of organizational transformation and beyond. This role is critical to fostering transparency, trust, and engagement among employees, while also promoting FAME’s impact to external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Two years of experience in internal communications or public relations.
• Understanding of project management and strategic planning.

• Strong computer, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
